I never thought that I would find myself saying this. What with all of the women I know being excellent in the day to day management of their lives and whatever that entails.

Often a woman's life will include the management of full time work, partner, two point four children, pets, elderly relatives, housework (or at least discussing housework with the maid, if you are lucky enough to have one), meeting friends, exercise, and any hobbies. She is a master of making a list, creating a plan, and executing with military precision.

So why, ladies, are we so bad at creating and executing a personal plan for our futures?
